Frisco to Host Bluegrass Concert

October 22nd at Pizza Hut Park, do your best to catch Ricky Skaggs, Rhonda Vincent, Claire Lynch and Williams and Clark. Looks like they've got heavy hitters as far as sponsorships go. I only wish they'd bring in more bands, that's not what we call a festival folks, it's a concert. Festivals are a little looser in their structure, bands are approachable and you can basically jam anywhere you don't interrupt the stage performance. Surprise me Dallas radio! Give this thing some promotion. I know it's not the great tard Kenny Chesney or pop musics' Faith Hill, but give em a plug. These groups have "real" talent, not flames, lights and smoke. That's something the mainstream knows very little bit about.
